It is a Kite Flight!!!!
She Dragon is coming to the Rose Festival. This huge dragon kite, owned by Gerald and Nancy Menees, requires a very windy day! On Sunday, October 3, we will hold Rose Kites Over Broken Arrow. Come get your free kite, decorate it, and fly it along side her! We look forward to seeing you there!
