Thank you for your interest in becoming a Marketplace Vendor at the 2026 Broken Arrow Rose Festival!

The Broken Arrow Rose Festival celebrates our city’s rich history as the “City of Roses” while serving as a fundraiser for The Gardens at Central Park. The festival features live entertainment, family-friendly activities, community organizations, garden groups, food vendors, shopping, and much more throughout the beautiful Rose District.

In 2025, the Rose Festival welcomed thousands of visitors to downtown Broken Arrow. We are excited to continue growing the event in 2026 with new attractions, expanded activities, and an even greater celebration of community, creativity, and roses.

MARKETPLACE VENDOR REQUIREMENTS

Marketplace vendors should support the spirit and theme of the festival. Preference may be given to vendors offering products, services, or displays related to:

• Roses
• Gardening
• Arts and crafts
• Handmade products
• Family and children’s activities
• Home and outdoor living
• Community engagement

Applications will be reviewed to ensure a diverse and high-quality marketplace experience for festival attendees.

Friday, September 11, 2026
5:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Saturday, September 12, 2026
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

BOOTH FEES

Booth fees help support the Broken Arrow Rose Festival and The Gardens at Central Park.

Vendor booth pricing and payment instructions will be provided upon acceptance.

Each vendor space includes a designated 10′ x 10′ booth area unless otherwise specified.

Vendors are responsible for providing their own:

• Tent
• Tables
• Chairs
• Display fixtures
• Extension cords
• Lighting
• Other booth equipment

TENT REQUIREMENTS

For the safety of all participants and attendees, all tents must be properly secured using concrete blocks, weighted plates, or other approved heavy-duty weights.

Sandbags alone are not acceptable.

SALES TAX

Vendors are responsible for collecting, reporting, and remitting all applicable sales taxes.

SECURITY

The Broken Arrow Police Department and event staff will provide security throughout the festival. However, vendors remain responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, and personal property.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

To be considered, applicants must submit:

A completed vendor application.

 

APPLICATION REVIEW PROCESS

Applications are reviewed as they are received.

Selection is based on several factors, including:

• Variety of merchandise
• Festival theme compatibility
• Available space

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

If all vendor spaces are filled, applicants may be placed on a waiting list.

Accepted vendors will receive:
• Acceptance notification
• Payment instructions
• Vendor information packet
• Load-in and setup instructions

Vendor space is not confirmed until payment has been received.
