The winner will receive $200, a T-shirt & recognition on social media & at the 2020 Rose Festival.  Design will be used in all advertising.

The Broken Arrow Rose Festival is a family friendly weekend of rosy activities and art in the Rose District on Friday & Saturday.  On Sunday, Rose Kites over Broken Arrow at the Event Park providing 1000 free kites for kids to decorate with roses or whatever they like.

Design must include both roses and kites, you may sign your work

Full color design, will appear on T-shirt 11” x 11”.  Please suggest color of t-shirt

Format:  ai or eps    Sometimes pdf works.   Digital must be 300dpi.
