- It’s official!! Broken Arrow Rose Festival is partnering with Chalk It Up! Art Festival for a grand three day event May 31-June 2, 2019. On Friday evening & all day Saturday, the Rose District will be filled with chalk artists, artist booths, musicians, kids activities, garden groups, Farmers Market vendors & rosy activities! On Sunday the sky will be filled with rosy kites at the Event Park. Both festivals will bring everything we’ve done in the past and more! Our Rose Festival continues to be a fund raiser for the future Broken Arrow Rose Garden. Now that we’re combining our festival with Chalk It Up! we hope to draw in even more visitors to our wonderful city and support of the Rose Garden.
